Ubimed® will replace your handle, within 1 years of the original retail purchase,
if either is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.* This warranty is
valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase.
Save your receipt as proof of date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

If you would like to obtain warranty service, please call our Customer Care Center
at 1-866-5-UBIMED. Service representatives are available Mon-Fri from 9:00am to
5:00pm Pacific Time. Saturday and Sunday our Service will be closed. Please have
your Cleanoz® with you when you call.

Not covered under warranty (all Cleanoz® models)
|
1. Disposable pieces.
2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations.
3. Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration or
fading.

Implied Warranties
|
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of the express guaranties
set forth in this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation Of Remedies
|

In no event shall Ubimed or any of its subsidiaries be liable for any special, incidental
or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence,
tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, without limitation, loss
of savings or revenue; loss of profit; loss of use; the claims of third parties
including, without limitation, dentists and dental hygienists; and cost of any substitute
equipment or services. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.

If you bought your Cleanoz® through Ubimed® Store Web Site and wish to return your
Cleanoz® under the terms of the 14 days refund guarantee, read carefully the

You will have to call 1-866-582-4633 for a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product; then please
